All products can be pre-ordered, and we ship as soon as the goods arrive at our warehouse. All preorders can be cancelled at a full refund until the order ships - just contact us.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is $8.99 - and free if you shop for more than $200. 

UPS 2Day Shipping is available for some destinations - if available at your destination the option will appear at checkout and is $25.

Standard shipping is $9.99 - and free if you shop for more than $200.

Expedited shipping using DHL Express is available for $25


Standard International Shipping is $25 flat fee world wide outside of the US & Canada.  

Expedited shipping using DHL Express is available to most destinations for $40 - this is recommended as most deliveries will be done in 2-3 days anywhere in the world.  

Free shipping with DHL Express is available world wide for orders over $650

Any import fees, taxes and duties must be paid by the customer for most international orders. This does not apply to orders shipped from Norway - where this is clearly stated on the product page to be included.

Shipping time

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours (2 business days) of placement unless specifically stated. Normal shipping time is 2-5 days, some destinations will take longer. Delivery time should not exceed 14 business days on US orders - for international orders delivery time will be up to 21 days for standard delivery.

Custom orders and products made to order. 

Some products, like Rosemaling (Rosepaint) products are made to order, and they can be custom orders. These are non refundable, all sales are final. The are all hand made, and may vary from the product picture, and sizes are estimated. All products that are custom and made to order will be clearly marked. If you are unsure this is relevant for a product you with to purchase, please contact us.

Shipping partners

We ship with USPS, UPS and DHL & DHL Express depending on the destination the chosen service. Orders shipped from our warehouse in Oslo, Norway is shipped with DHL Express.

Taxes, duties and VAT

The price you pay at checkout includes all taxes, import duties and value added tax - this goes for orders shipped to the US, and shipments originating from our warehouse in Oslo. 

For deliveries to other countries than the US you are responsible for payment of any VAT, import duties or taxes your self.

Track you order

All orders can be tracked online, and you will receive an email with a tracking link when we ship the order. 


We offer a simple and hassle free 30 day return policy. Just contact us to register a return, read more here. Please note that there is a $15 re-stocking charge per return. Remember some products can not be returned, the will be clearly marked in the product information text. Once we have registered your return we will issued a refund using the same means as when you paid, no exeptions. This will usually take 3-5 days after we have received your return. Remember that the products you return must be unused and in the same condition when you return them If not, we will not accept the return and you will not receive a refund.

Warehouse location

Our warehouse is centrally located outside of Chicago, and most orders are processed the same of following business day for fast delivery. 

Shipping from Norway

Some products ship from our location in Oslo, Norway. These products are clearly marked on the product information page as "ships from Norway". These orders are shipped with DHL Express, and are usually delivered within 2-4 days for most destinations. Taxes, import duties and VAT is included in the price for these orders, no matter the destination. These orders can also be tracked from the moment we ship them. 

Unclaimed packages

We reserve the right to charge the cost of the handling that occurs when a package is not claimed (return shipping, shipping fee, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of $50 if the package is not collected by the customer. Shipments are normally stored for no longer than 14 days by the shipper, and 3 delivery attempts will be made before it is returned to us. Therefore, please note that if you regret a purchase and wish to return the item, you must first pick up the package and then return it. Packages that are not collected, are not considered within the Right of Cancellation, and will be charged a "no pickup" fee, as well as a re-stock fee.
