Online Orders
- New 2Modern customers will have the option of filling out a "New Customer Registration” form upon checkout.
- New registration information will be safely saved in our database once the transaction is complete.
- Returning customers to 2Modern.com will log in as “Returning Customer.”

Payment Options
2Modern is required by law to charge sales tax on orders within certain states. State and local taxes will be clearly displayed during the checkout process (after you enter your zip code).
2Modern will match the price of identical products offered by select online competitors at a lower price, or we will refund the price difference. Terms and conditions are as follows:
- Sales to consumers (does not apply to business to business).
- Price matches may be requested at time of purchase or within 7 days after purchase.
- If you find a current lower price within 7 days after purchase, please contact 2Modern Customer Care. See below for more information.
- The product must be sold and fulfilled by one of our select online competitors (listed here) located in the United States who is also a manufacturer’s authorized dealer for the product. Please note, our list of competitors does not include, and our policy does not apply to, showrooms or offline competitors.
- The price for an item must be listed and valid at the time of price We reserve the right to verify a competitor’s advertised price and the availability of the item. If 2Modern is not able to verify the lower price, we may decline the request.
- The item must be the identical item, brand name, size, weight, color, quantity and model number. It must be in stock at the time of Price Match.
- Offers must match the retailer’s primary website and must meet all other price match criteria.
- Please document the online price by providing a link to the product on the competitor’s website to 2Modern Customer Care. Original receipts or packing slips are required for price adjustments after purchase.
- This Price Match policy does not apply to products shipped outside of the continental United States.
- No rain checks will be issued for items out of stock to match a competitor’s price.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities of price matches per identical item, per customer, for any price matches.
2Modern’s Price Match Policy does not apply to:
- Clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, damaged, used, open package, refurbished, pre-owned, or rent/lease to own items, storewide or category promotions, offers advertised as % or $ off, non-branded items, or “gated websites” (where prices only display on website after guests log in).
- Pricing due to typographical errors, competitor flash sales, doorbusters/lightning sales, coupon offers, loyalty cards, promotional codes, credit card offers, gift card offers, financing, service offers, bundled offers, sales tax promotions, free items, rebates or mail-in offers.
- Any seller not on this list of select online competitors.
- 2Modern promotional codes or competitor site-wide promotional codes cannot be combined with price match.
- Price matches and price adjustments to any competitors will not be valid from Thanksgiving Day through the entire week after Thanksgiving, ending on the second Sunday after Thanksgiving Holiday.
Safety and Security
2Modern utilizes the latest technology for shopping and e-commerce security. We have multiple layers of protection from the best security-providers the internet has to offer. We have implemented this rigorous security system to protect all of our customer's information.
All orders are transmitted over secure Internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. This technology is secured by Digicert and Shopify. All of your personal information including your credit card information and sign-in password are stored in encrypted format at all times (even from our own employees).
This website, and all user information is further protected by a multi-layer firewall based security system. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal/Verisign also take significant security measures to protect your information.
